DOSING

A dose consists of 2 pumps of remedy onto the tongue.

Initially, take 2 pumps orally, onto the tongue, every 1/2 hour for 4 doses as a loading dose, then reduce to dosing 3 times a day, until skin is clear, then reduce to once a day for a week before stopping.

Note: If you find you have recurring episodes of Athlete's Foot, we recommend dosing yourself once a week as a maintenance regime.

50ml bottle = 130 doses

90ml bottle = 230 doses
